Newsletters
November Edition 2024
When we think of greatness, we often picture wealth, power, or influence. But Jesus
redefines greatness, challenging us to consider something far deeper.
October Edition 2024
A key challenge we face in any leadership or teaching role is a sense of failure, or at the very least, feeling discouraged by the lack of progress, change, or success. And while some metrics are easier to measure, others not so much.
September Edition 2024
Catherine the Great was a German born Empress who ruled Russia from 1762 – 1796. It is considered that ‘ambition’ was her favourite hobby and in 1783 she authorised Russian statesman, reported lover and nobleman Grigory Potemkin to embark on a conquest to rest the agriculturally rich Crimea from the Ottoman Empire.
August Edition 2024
Have you ever had someone tell you they’re praying for you or ask if they can pray for you? How did you feel in response? Similarly, have you ever offered to pray for someone, and how did they react? This kind of offer is rarely met with resistance; often, it brings comfort and reassurance.

without a fire.
June Edition 2024
The book of Acts records that when the early church began to grow, there were too few leaders able to care for the growing converts and all the needs arising, especially among the poor and widows.
May Edition 2024
Welcome to the first edition of the NNSW Education monthly newsletter. The purpose of this newsletter is to celebrate the marvellous things that God is doing in our schools, herald things to come, build a conference-wide community and articulate the mission and purpose of Adventist Education.
Adventist Schools
Our schools welcome students from all faiths and cultural backgrounds. While students are not required to attend church, students and their families are most welcome to worship with their local Adventist church at any time. Students have the option of joining a Bible study group that is run by the school.
